Ama Asabea Akuoko Sarpong is the Co- founder/Deputy Executive Director of Girl Child Hygiene, a non-profit organization aimed at providing sanitary products/pads to young girls in rural areas in Ghana, contributing to the achievement of SDG goal 3, 4 and 5.

She is a professional nurse with 12 years experience in the healthcare sector.

Ama Asabea Akuoko Sarpong has BSC in general nursing and specialty in peri operative and critical nursing from university of Ghana and korle Bu teaching hospital respectively. Currently working as part of a team at the Weija Gbawe municipal hospital.
